Your place on the list

When you join, we save your email address, the date of your request, the version of the consent you accepted and a campaign source label, if available. We use these to manage early access, send invitations and occasional Stilia launch updates, and understand which campaigns bring signups. We do not create a public profile for you.

Joining is optional. The legal basis for these emails is your consent, given by checking the box before submitting. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us; this does not affect processing that happened before your withdrawal. We do not sell the list or enrol you in third-party marketing.

Storage and access

Waitlist entries are stored in our existing Microsoft Azure database in the EU and are accessible only to authorised Stilia administrators and our infrastructure provider as needed to operate the service. They are not sent to our image-generation models. We retain entries while organising the early-access launch and remove them when no longer needed for that purpose, or when you ask us to remove your entry. Joining the waitlist does not automatically subscribe you to an ongoing newsletter after launch.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct or erase your information, withdraw consent, or request restriction or portability where applicable. Email alexandru@stilia.ro from the address you used to join. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority or Romania’s ANSPDCP.

Visits and security

The public homepage and demo use cookie-free visit analytics in Azure Application Insights. We record the page, a campaign label, session identifiers and a daily rotating, pseudonymous network identifier—not your waitlist email. Session attribution uses your browser’s session storage. These public-page analytics respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Technical infrastructure may also process connection data to deliver and secure the site.

The signup endpoint uses short-lived, in-memory rate limits and a hidden spam-detection field. Raw IP addresses are not stored with waitlist entries. Necessary signup and security processing still operates when optional visit analytics are disabled.

What joining means

This is a request for early-access invitations and launch updates. It is not a purchase, a competition entry or a promise that a design will be manufactured. Production of selected designs and creator earnings are longer-term plans.
